eRaser``> well yeah, im 33 years old.. got married in august.. got a son 1 1/2 y old and just got a new babygirl 14 days ago.. Ive been playing Ut since 2001 i think on 56k.. and then got into the Ut cup stuff with SoH - stars of hell back in 2002 with xerix and tabu and those guys..
eRaser``> waht i do hmm.. work as key account manager.. selling hardware and radio computers.. hobbies.. trivial pursuit, beers.. wife and family.. and online gaming
zephex> Congratulation's on the new baby, What is her name ?
eRaser``> her name is Malou - short for Maria Louise :) thx :D
zephex> Will your kid's grow up to be UT player's and/or Clanbase supervisor's ?
eRaser``> hah ye.. i hope she will entertain herself with many things.. hopefully also a bit of the digital world at some point.. prolly with Xbox8 at the time :D

zephex> As everyone know's, You do alot for Clanbase, Admining match's, Taking care of the cup in a whole, Do you still find time to play UT yourself ?
eRaser``> well yeah... i sneak around playing a few FFa´s when i can atleast every second day or so.. as regards to cups.. i played div2 for all the clans ive been in or organized... cause ill never be a leet div1 player (no time no talent for that)
eRaser``> my latest great experience playing is with bao clan.. nice norwegian guys
eRaser``> before that.. oS - oldskoolerz - my own little lovely clan that went into hibernation with a few teams 1 year ago almost
zephex> Where you pleased with bao's performance in the OpenCup this season ?
eRaser``> well our div1 team did good, but they always do great praccy games.. so i think they can show even more.. they are always a dangerous opponent in div1 class.. but bao2 including me was way to lazy to be a sure playoff candiate.. and unfortunately it slipped on 3rd map in the final qualifier a few days ago
eRaser``> but all in all.. a good time and yeah im happy - they are all super nice and socially cool guys to hang around with
zephex> Well that's the main thing, Let us not forget that fun, Is important :-)

zephex> Do you play any other game's apart from UT ?
eRaser``> well actually i have taken a crack at quake 3 and quake 4 some times.. but it never had that same nice menu and weapon feeling as Ut.. and ive tried counterstrike back in 99 etc.. but
eRaser``> only game i play besides Ut is red alert 2- yuris revenge

zephex> Ok, Now to the important stuff. Imo, You have been quite a successful supervisor, How long have you been doing this for, And how many cup's have you personnaly supervised ?
eRaser``> erm... i have adminned wars in opencups since 2003, 2004 as well.. then me and nice guy Spawn (kiss m8) did the 2004 spring cup (open cup) and started great, went a bit lazy in the end.. and then i thought.. can do better i think, so i now supervise the NC 2006 spring IX cup
eRaser``> or.. sorry it was 2005 spring cup we supervised
eRaser``> and i have to mention, Maj co-supervise as well on this NC

zephex> Everyone does enjoy these cup's, Do you enjoy supervising them ?
eRaser``> I do enjoy it, its a lot of work in the beginning phase.. with all the practical signups.. making pages look fairlyl attractive and sorting clans after strenght.. thats the HARDEST part.. the level judgement
eRaser``> then it gets more nice when everything is rolling and u dont get same amounts of 5-10 pms a day
eRaser``> then u feel satisfied cause people actually seem to enjoy it

zephex> Now, A sort of prediction here eRaser``, Who should we be looking out for in this NationsCup? Who are you keeping an eye on yourself?
eRaser``> well.. im also co-captain for dk team.. and we are definately not a threat to anyone.. but i will absolutely look out for 4 countries this season: Poland (got a few amazing players in sesion, soul and svn for example) and UK with a nice captain (paa, BRA, night, gost3 etc.. all nice guys) and Germany always scary (steelzz, jakal, xyron etc) and
eRaser``> finally i would say.. its nice to see belgium with a few cool old ones.. and well my last favorite could be NL with dvp, djero, mods and those guys)
eRaser``> many old countries.. also Aus.. with mysterio is cool
zephex> It's certainly going to be interesting, But, Are you as shocked as i am not to see my name in the UK lineup ?
eRaser``> Well depends on your form if im correct :P - for that 1 im sure u can check with Infinz and a 6-pack.. who knows :D

zephex> After this season come's to a close, When the OC & NC have finished, Do you foresee more UT TDM cup's for the UT99 faithful ?
eRaser``> absolutely.. Eris and me are starting a 2on2 cup in a few days - hosted on CB.. and im really hoping that also gost3 and me maybe can do some work together some day.. 2on2 or 4on4 fast cups.. there are so many good initiatives.. but all the forces need the missing link.. a good site and people with GOOD orga skills (and time)
eRaser``> looking further ahead.. i wouldnt mind host a bunch of events on both CB and other places.. depends on time and what people want
eRaser``> As contrary to what some people think.. Ut Oc and NC are in amounts of clans still in top3 looking at the size

eRaser``> yeah i got some words for that
eRaser``> supervisor should be asking a lot to the guys inside the CB system, they are good experienced and the whole system is very smart and coded.. but there is a lot of hours starting cups.. technically.. about the gaming itself.. good knowledge is a key to having a nice cup, and hopefully a tad of respect from some of the clans involved (or nations)
eRaser``> being calm, eager to make it work and having the time in it is 3 main things that hopefully make a succes.. + the love for the game
