#UT1 is back!!!
Misc UT OK! so after a very brief spell of inactivity the #UT1 website is back online!

Going to sort things out and put some guides up here for getting UT running again on newer machines!

Going to also link up to great configs for different set ups! Hopefully this should allow all you oldsk00lers back

Visual site upgrade
The #UT1 website As you can see, the whole site has now been visually enhanced! [Zug]Mikus has taken the time to redesign the website with me! We have designed each graphic ourselves by hand and we're enhancing each thing bit by bit!

The advantage that we have with this website is that unlike clanbase, and esreality we cater for only ONE game... so we can make this site feel as much like Unreal Tournament as we want!

I have also added a whole bunch of Unreal Tournament 1999 smilies to the forum which you can check out here.

Expect more visual updates on the site as the week goes by!

Misc UT There are various things you can do to make your mouse more responcive for gaming. As always I think that this information should be shared with everyone so everyone has equal enhancements!

Overclocking your hardware and computer to gain performance in UT is not cheating. It's the same as buying a better graphics card or using 5.1 headphones :)

Misc UT Hi there, recently cb have banned a player for using illegal tweaks. I wanted to post a download which people can use which gives purely cosmetic tweaks to UT.

In my opinion all players should have these installed there's no reason not too and you can customise it how you want :)

Powah UT1 1on1 cup!
General UT an invite only cup happend recently... a 1 day fast cup with players such as alea and ohan playing! It was invite only to fill most of the slots!

The top 3 players each recieved a shiney +v in #ut1

The #UT1 website Once upon a time, there was a bright sunny day where everything was merry.

I know all you players out there who competed in the 1337gear cup are right now in a state of WTF? or have simply quit UT. or stopped caring.

Today I saw Rastaman (the head of 1337gear) and it made me angry again... angry like i was when he told me he wasn't sponsoring anymore. No he didn't say this because the cup went downhill, the cup went downhill after he had said this. But i will explain.

Downtime
The downtime was caused by my hosting provider Dotnlis. Basically they ran into all sorts of trouble with their ISP and have now renamed to something else.

I have moved my hosting over to lchosting with the kind help of Truff (www.truff.net)!

Remember the cup practice month starts in 10 days and please comment on the forum what the rules are, as on the 4th of April the rules will be set in stone for people to practice with!
